Sales Associate

Alkhuzam & Co. seeks a Sales Associate (for a full-time OR part-time job role) who will add value to our brand, grow with the business through newly acquired client leads and partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Valid Drivers License (preferred)
Transferable Valid Residency (if employed full-time)
A minimum of two years of experience in sales or a customer service role.
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English; ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of the local market and client behavior in Kuwait.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a relevant work environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools.
A proactive approach to resolving client issues and ensuring a positive experience.
