Sales Associate

Alkhuzam & Co. seeks a Sales Associate (for a full-time OR part-time job role) who will add value to our brand, grow with the business through newly acquired client leads and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Valid Drivers License (preferred)

• Transferable Valid Residency (if employed full-time)

• A minimum of two years of experience in sales or a customer service role.

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English; ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Suite.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of the local market and client behavior in Kuwait.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a relevant work environment is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools.

• A proactive approach to resolving client issues and ensuring a positive experience.
