Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal and external audit assignments in accordance with professional standards (IFRS).

  • Review financial records, reports, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.

  • Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk or inefficiency.

  • Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and programs.

  • Liaise with clients or internal departments to gather information and resolve audit issues.

  • Stay up to date with changes in regulatory and financial reporting requirements in Kuwait.

  • Support tax audits and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (ex. VAT or Zakat if applicable).

  • Participate in fraud investigations or special reviews when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA.

  • Experience in banking, healthcare or manufacturing industries.

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Auditor to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity in financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • CPA/ ACCA/ CIA certification required.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of auditing experience (preferably within a Big 4 firm or a recognized audit firm)

  • Solid knowledge of IFRS, internal audit standards, and local Kuwait financial regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, auditing software and ERP systems.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
